Who can attend Retail Edge 2025?

Senior-level leaders and executives overseeing Design, Construction, Facilities, Program or Brand Management within the retail, restaurant, convenience, and broader multi-site commercial sectors.

How do I secure my spot?

Complete the RSVP form above and click Submit. You’ll receive a confirmation email within a week once your registration is processed.

What’s included in the event package?

  • Discounted resort accommodations at Balboa Bay Resort (Oct. 15 – 17) for $150/night (additional nights available at a group rate)

  • All scheduled meals, receptions, and group experiences

  • Ground transportation between official event activities

  • Optional golf day at Pelican Hill Resort on Oct. 17

Which airport should I fly into?

John Wayne Airport (SNA) is 6 miles away; Los Angeles International (LAX) is ~45 miles.

I have dietary restrictions or accessibility needs—how do I let you know?

Can I extend my stay at the resort?

Yes. You may add nights before or after the event at a group rate (subject to availability).
