Apex Imaging Services announces Eric Truskoski has joined the company as Senior Program Manager, further strengthening the firm's growing Program Management Office (PMO) and enterprise program delivery capabilities. In his new role, Eric will support Apex's growing portfolio of retail, grocery, restaurant, healthcare, and commercial clients, helping lead large-scale capital programs, remodel initiatives, new store development, and multi-site rollout projects across North America.
Eric brings more than 20 years of experience in construction program management, PMO leadership, and multi-site capital project execution. Throughout his career, he has managed more than 1,200 projects and programs, leading teams responsible for new store development, remodels, tenant improvements, prototype deployment, distribution center initiatives, and enterprise rollout programs.
Prior to joining Apex, Eric held leadership positions supporting nationally recognized brands including Target, Whataburger, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sprouts, Wendy's, Luxottica, Signet Jewelers, Caribou Coffee, and Kaiser Permanente. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, including design management, pre-construction, operational governance, construction execution, stakeholder alignment, and program reporting.
Throughout his career, Eric has led organizations of up to 70 project managers, senior project managers, and operational leaders while developing scalable systems for quality assurance, onboarding, communication, and program delivery. His work has supported projects across all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Canada, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
